The Kasina x Nike Air Max 1 SP “Won-Ang – Orange” (Style Code: DQ8475-800) is a special collaboration between Nike and South Korean streetwear brand Kasina, released on July 11, 2022, to commemorate Kasina’s 25th anniversary and the 35th anniversary of the Air Max 1. Inspired by the Korean tradition of Won-Ang (Mandarin ducks), which symbolize eternal love and unity, this sneaker features a premium construction with vibrant orange, blue, and burgundy tones.
The upper combines premium leather, suede, and ponyhair overlays, accented by a floral mini-Swoosh embroidery on the toe box. Additional details include wooden lace dubraes with Kasina branding, Won-Ang duck embroidery on the heel, and a semi-translucent outsole showcasing an image of two ducks coming together. A sail-colored foam midsole houses a visible Air unit in the heel, while the icy blue rubber outsole ensures traction and durability. The sneaker is presented in a special transparent shoebox adorned with Won-Ang illustrations.
